Before you order — the honest bits

How bright is the glow? It's a soft glow-in-the-dark shine, like glow stars on a ceiling. Looks great in a dark or dim room. It is not a screen and it is not backlit — if you're picturing neon, this isn't that.

How long does a drawing last? A few minutes, then it fades. That's the point — it resets so they can start again.

Battery safety. The light pen runs on a small replaceable battery behind a screw-shut cover. Swallowed batteries cause serious internal injury. Keep spare batteries away from children and check the cover is tight before handing the pen over.

Shipping & delivery

Orders are fulfilled by our partner Tradelle and ship from China. Supplier guidance is typically 1–3 business days for processing, followed by an average 6–10 business days in transit. These are general estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date; timing varies by product, destination, first-order processing, holidays and carrier delays. Available shipping charges are shown at checkout. Tracking is added to your order when available; an initial fulfillment notification may arrive before the tracking link. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly about mistakes or delivery issues.

Returns & refunds

Effective for new orders placed from September 18, 2026. Earlier orders retain the return terms offered when purchased. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Change of mind

Request a return within 7 days of delivery. You pay return shipping, which may be international. Wait for our return instructions and the address assigned to your case before shipping anything. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and processed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly and provide clear photos or videos within 7 days of delivery; include the shipping label for incorrect items. Following review, the resolution may be a replacement or a partial or full refund. Do not return an item until instructed.

Delivery problems

Contact us if tracking is invalid or stops updating. If tracking has not updated for more than 30 days in transit, we will investigate and arrange a refund for a qualifying lost shipment. Incorrect customer addresses and unclaimed parcels are not normally eligible for refunds or reshipments, except where required by law.
